Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Oh Happy International, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") governing your use of the MyFourcast mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Application"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required in your jurisdiction. By using the Application, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Application on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian.
3. The Service
The Application provides Four Pillars (Saju) astrology-based readings, insights, and content based on information you provide, including your birth date, birth time, and birth location. Readings are generated using the Application's interpretive system and, in some cases, third-party AI processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and informational purposes only. Content delivered through the Application does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any decisions based on health, legal, financial, or relationship matters.
4. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Premium Features, Pricing, and Billing
The Application uses a freemium model. Basic Saju readings and certain features are available to all users at no charge. Additional premium reports (such as a Wealth Blueprint, Love & Relationship reading, or Luck Cycles report) are available for purchase as one-time, non-recurring in-app purchases ("Premium Purchases").
- Pricing: The price of each Premium Purchase is displayed on the purchase screen at the time of purchase. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The Company does not collect or store your payment card details.
- No auto-renewal: Premium Purchases are one-time charges. The Company does not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions. There are no recurring billing charges.
- Access: Once purchased, a Premium report is associated with your account and accessible for as long as the Application is available and your account remains active.
- Refunds: All billing is handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies and must be submitted through Apple, not the Company. The Company cannot issue refunds directly.
6. Free Tier
The Application provides a free tier that includes a core Four Pillars (Saju) reading based on your birth data. The free tier remains available indefinitely — there is no time limit or trial period. You may continue using the free tier for as long as you wish. Premium reports are optional upgrades available for a one-time purchase if and when you choose to unlock them.
7. No Subscription; Future Changes
The Company does not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions. All paid features are available through one-time Premium Purchases as described in Section 5. If the Company introduces subscription-based offerings in the future, those terms will be disclosed separately and will not affect existing one-time purchases you have already made.
8. License Grant and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. You may not: copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application; reverse engineer or decompile the Application; rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Application; or use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
9. Acknowledgement
These Terms are an agreement between you and the Company only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Company, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content. This license does not grant you any rights to use Apple's services, trademarks, or intellectual property.
10. Maintenance and Support
The Company, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the Application, to the extent required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support for the Application.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Application to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the Company's sole responsibility.
12. Product Claims
The Company, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the Application, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including all content, features, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any information you input into the Application (such as birth data); by using the Application, you grant the Company a license to use that information to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Legal Compliance and Export
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
15. Third-Party Terms of Agreement
When using the Application, you must comply with the terms of any third-party agreement applicable to you, such as your wireless data service agreement, which may impose data charges or restrictions affecting your use of the Application.
16. Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
17. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the Application to harass, abuse, or harm others; upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its systems; or use the Application in any way that violates applicable law.
18. Disclaimer of Reliance
Readings, insights, and predictions provided through the Application reflect an interpretive framework and are not guarantees of future outcomes. The Company makes no representation that following any guidance in the Application will produce any particular result in your life, relationships, finances, or career.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Application will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Application.
21. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Application and delete your account at any time.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Application and supersede any prior agreements.
