Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 20, 2026
This privacy policy applies to the MyFourcast app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Oh Happy International, LLC (collectively, the "Application"). Oh Happy International, LLC is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider."
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it, including:
- Birth date, birth time, and birth location you provide, which are used to generate your Four Pillars (Saju) chart and related readings
- Your device's Internet Protocol address
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The mobile operating system you use
- Personally identifiable information you provide, including but not limited to email, age, gender, and location
This information is retained and used as described in this privacy policy. Birth data you provide is used solely to generate your personal readings and is not used for any other purpose without your consent.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
App Tracking Transparency
If the Application uses any technology that tracks you across other companies' apps or websites (for example, for advertising attribution), you will be presented with Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and asked for permission before any such tracking occurs. You can change this permission at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking. The Application does not track you across other apps or websites without this consent.
Do We Sell Your Personal Information?
The Service Provider does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
Payment and Subscription Information
Purchases and subscriptions within the Application are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not collect, receive, or store your payment card details. Apple may share limited transaction information (such as purchase confirmation and subscription status) with the Service Provider to manage your account and entitlements. For details on how Apple handles your payment information, see Apple's own privacy policy.
Artificial Intelligence
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including third-party AI providers, to generate personalized readings, recommendations, and other features. Where birth data or other personal information is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing, that provider acts under contractual terms that prohibit using your data to train their general-purpose models, except where you are separately notified and asked for consent. All AI processing is performed in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable law. If you have questions about the AI features or how your data is processed, please contact the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.

Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting hello@myfourcast.co.
Your Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.
